Pixoflix

Commercial models

Pricing should reflect the problem, not force the problem into a package.

Pixoflix prices from scope. This page explains the commercial models. It does not publish invented package rates.

01

Fixed-scope project

When it fits
A bounded output: a website, a redesign, an identity system, or a defined landing set.
How scope is defined
Scope is written as outcomes, pages or artefacts, plus what is explicitly out. Discovery happens before the price is treated as final.
What affects cost
Cost moves with existing complexity, content readiness, integrations, languages and the number of decision-makers.
How engagement begins
Most projects begin with a conversation or a growth plan so the constraint is visible before a proposal.

02

Audit or consulting engagement

When it fits
You need a focused review before committing to a rebuild, a campaign or a retainer.
How scope is defined
The audit type, the properties in scope and the questions you want answered are agreed first. Implementation is not implied.
What affects cost
Cost moves with the number of properties, account access, markets and how deep the review needs to go.
How engagement begins
Request an audit and name what you are concerned about. We will confirm whether an audit is the right first move.

03

Monthly growth retainer

When it fits
Search, creative, media or the site need a repeating loop rather than a one-off delivery.
How scope is defined
The retainer is defined by the constraint it is meant to move, the channels in play and the decision rhythm. It is not a bag of unused hours.
What affects cost
Cost moves with channel mix, creative volume, technical debt and how much internal support already exists.
How engagement begins
A growth plan is the usual start. The first month should still earn the next one.

04

Ongoing design or development support

When it fits
The system is live and you need a team that can keep changing it without reopening a full project each time.
How scope is defined
Support is scoped as a class of work: templates, components, landing pages, measurement, or editorial systems. Unrelated rebuilds stay out.
What affects cost
Cost moves with response expectations, the size of the system and how much of the stack your team already owns.
How engagement begins
Contact or a growth plan, with examples of the changes you keep needing.

Questions

Commercial questions, answered directly.

  • Yes, when the output can be bounded. The price follows a written scope. If the problem is still unclear, an audit or a short discovery comes first so the project price is not a guess.

Get a scoped estimate from the problem, not from a menu.

Share the constraint and the current site. We will tell you which model fits before anyone pretends a number is universal.
