What the work asks
The job is larger than the file you hand over.
Cross-disciplinary collaboration
You will be asked to sit with people who do not share your craft. A designer should be able to hear a search constraint. A developer should be able to hear a conversion problem.
Craft
The work still has to be good. Speed is not an excuse for sloppy templates, weak research or ads that do not match the offer.
Ownership
You are expected to leave a reason, not only an output. The next person should be able to operate what you shipped.
Learning
Channels, tools and WordPress itself keep changing. Curiosity is useful. Theatre about being a thought leader is not.
Practical execution
Ideas that cannot be implemented, measured or maintained do not count as finished work.
If a role is not listed, do not invent a pitch around a vacancy that is not there.
